Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened Products: We cannot process returns or refunds for chilli powder products that have been opened, or where the seal or label has been removed or tampered with. Please ensure the product remains sealed and in its original condition.
- Exceeding Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Products returned after this period are ineligible for a refund.
- Contamination or Alteration: Products showing signs of contamination, tampering, or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
- Improper Storage Damage: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or extreme conditions).
