  • Ginger: 3 slices
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Cooking oil: 2 tbsp

3. Step-by-Step Instructions

3.1 Prepare the Ribs

  • Cut the pork ribs into pieces and marinate them with salt and rice vinegar for 15 minutes to remove any odour.

3.2 Toast the Bullet Chillies
